Simple!  We will adapt to your system.  We are familiar with many different systems and can pretty easily and quickly learn how to use yours.  We will make our comments into your system, giving you and your staff immediate access to all we have done with each of your accounts.  We will only need READ ONLY access to your system and would prefer not to have WRITE access.
