No, we will charge no fee for write offs.  The accounts are your property, not ours, and, as such, you have the final decision in what happens to that account.  If, subsequent to referral, you should determine that it is not in your best interest to collect a particular debt, then you withdraw that account from our service.  We will only bill you for transactions that reduce customer balances, not write-offs.
