Training is available in a number of formats.  First, of course, is simply by example.
We are not what most people expect!  We are normal folks with families and hobbies and regular lives, we just happen to be professional collectors.  We also offer one-on-one training for new hires or veteran employees.  Seminar styled programs are also available for department meetings.  Tell us what you want and we will develop and appropriate program to train your staff.
