Yes we will!  Often, there is what we call "gilt" (gold!) by association.  Employees are seldom professionally trained as collectors and are, therefore, somewhat limited in their knowledge and understanding of effective collection techniques.  Inasmuch as our collection takes place right in front of them, they are often pleasantly surprised to learn that they are perfectly capable of saying and doing things that will promote payment without making them particularly uncomfortable.
