  Ron Griffin, Sr., founder and CEO, has been involved in the debt collection industry for 30+ years.  Through R.M. Griffin & Associates, Inc., Ron has developed a successful seminar program, has been involved in A/R and collections consultation and is the driving force behind the successes of the company.  Ron still actively works collection accounts, organizes and leads collection seminars and training programs and performs A/R and collection analyses and other consultative services for clients.  Today, R.M. Griffin & Associates, Inc. has evolved into a family business, with Ron, Jr., now serving as an officer of the corporation and an active and formidable influence in the daily operations of the company.
