R.M. Griffin & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1972.  Ron Griffin, Sr., founder and CEO, has been involved in the debt collection industry for 30+ years. Through R.M. Griffin & Associates, Inc., Ron has developed a successful seminar program, has been involved in A/R and collections consultation and is the driving force behind the successes of the company. Ron still actively works collection accounts, organizes and leads collection seminars and training programs and performs A/R and collection analyses and other consultative services for clients. 

Today, R.M. Griffin & Associates, Inc. has evolved into a family business, with Ron, Jr., now serving as an officer of the corporation and an active and formidable influence in the daily operations of the company. 

According to Ron Sr., "we would rather be good than big." We deliver a quality, professional and valuable service to our clients and they appreciate our approach. If we cannot do it correctly, we will not do it at all. Our industry suffers a poor reputation - and we strive daily not to live down to that image.
